Welcome to SuperiorGas.net.   SuperiorGas.net provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Superiorgas.net, you accept these conditions.  Please read them carefully.

COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Superiorgas.net or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
 
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
All items purchased from Superiorgas.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. SuperiorGas.net is not liable for damage or shortage not noted on the delivery receipt. If you received damaged merchandise and need to file a claim, please contact a sales associate. All shortage or damage must be reported by email or fax within 48 hours of receipt.
 
RETURNS
You may return items sold by SuperiorGas.net within 30 days of delivery for in-store credit. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items. All items returned must be shipped by the same shipping company that was used to deliver your product. This policy also applies to products that are refused upon delivery for reasons other than damage. We pay the return shipping cost and wave the re-stocking fee if the return is a result of our error.
 
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has been installed or is not in the original carton.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

If you would like to request a return authorization, please contact Superior Gas.
 
CANCELLATION FEE
A 10% cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancelled orders or on any portion of an order that is cancelled.
 
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Merchandise that becomes defective within the warranty period will be subject to the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. In most cases, we will provide replacement parts to the customer. It is sometimes necessary to bill for all replacement parts and units and then credit once the defective or damaged items are returned to us. In most cases, defective merchandise is returned directly to the manufacturer and we issue credit to our customer when the manufacturer issues credit to us. This process can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Superior Gas will pay the shipping cost on all warranty parts for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the shipping cost on defective parts and units will be the responsibility of the customer as the manufacturers warranty does not cover shipping. All replacement parts and products will be billed to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. We will credit the card once the defective or damaged products are returned.
   
LOCAL CODES AND REGULATIONS
It is the consumers responsibility to research and know if the products sold on our web site can be used in your local area. We are not responsible for items that are purchased that cannot be used due to codes or restrictions. These items can be returned but would be subject to the return rules and regulations above.
 
ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE
We make every effort to ensure that the information on SuperiorGas.net is accurate, complete and current. Despite our efforts, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. SuperiorGas.net makes no warranty or guarantee that the information on SuperiorGas.net is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on SuperiorGas.net at any time without notice. Superior Gas Corp. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
  
COLLECTIONS
A 30% collection fee will be added to all accounts that are found to be uncollectable and forwarded to our attorney.   This will also apply to purchases made with invalid credit cards or credit card stop payments that do not comply to our terms and conditions. 

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
These policies govern your visit to SuperiorGas.net. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
